We’re passionate about progression and doing it safely. Progression shouldn’t have to stop just because of the weather outside, our goal is to provide a facility that will allow riders to push their limits, and provide you with the freedom to unleash creativity to develop your own style. With over 15 years of riding experience, partnerships with industry leaders and coaching programs, we aim to help athletes of all levels strive for greatness.

Axis Freestyle is designed in hopes to inspire beginners, for people of all different fitness levels and backgrounds. We have male and female members that have a very wide range of physical abilities and strengths. We will be more than willing to modify the exercises for your needs. Please read our Class Standards.
Every pro was once a beginner, you just have to COMMIT and you can do it!
What if I have an injury?
For serious injuries, we strongly suggest that you wait until you are fully recovered before you start to avoid further injury or consult your physician. If it is a minor injury and you feel you can participate, be sure to notify the coach prior to class so we can modify the exercises to your needs. We may at times request a doctor’s note to ensure you are cleared to participate.

What’s it like to fall on the dry slope?
The Dryslope is essentially a synthetic artificial grass. Specifically designed for skiing and snowboarding that rides like loose hard-pack. It will take a few laps but once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to ride it just like snow.
Underneath we’ve installed a layer of impact absorption foam to cushion falls. We mist the dryslope with water and a little soap to minimize rug-burn. For beginners, long sleeves and protective equipment are recommended to start and can change to tees and shorts if they choose to.
Are we getting more features? And what variety?
We’ve designed the Dryslope to be completely modular. This mean we can take away all the features for beginners to learn the basics or place features in any combination for the more advanced riders. We definitely will have more features as we progress and we’ll be taking feedback and suggestions from you!
We have lots of ideas and just need time to make it happen, but we need your help to build cooler things for you to ride!
Am I able to spectate?
Yes! We have a viewing mezzanine on the 2nd floor that has a great view of the entire gym. Viewing is also available on the main floor if you’d like to be closer to the action . Anyone entering the gym area must sign the Axis Freestyle waiver.
Is there a minimum age?
*If you are under the age of 18 years old, you are required to bring in a copy of the waiver, completed and signed*
No, we do not have a minimum age requirement. We believe in starting them young so if you feel like you are ready to introduce your little ones to the sport, we will do our best to help you with that.
Children under the age of 8 must have a parent/guardian on-site at all times
Children under the age of 5 must have a parent/guardian WITH them at all time
Do you sell any snacks or drinks?
We currently have Gatorade, water, nestea and Ginger-Ale available. In the near future, Axis Freestyle is looking to serve a wide variety of healthy concessions
What's the Launcher like?
Well, it PULLS that's for sure.
It's like a winch system that pulls you down the track, it can be a little intimidating at first but a few times on the slow speed and you will understand.
The mSnow track material works basically like you are riding ice. We definitely suggest to wax your board or skis to protect the base but be aware it can damage your base
Or we rent out Launcher specific boards for $10 a session
